We offer a 100% no hassle return policy for our products if returned in 30 days.  The shoes can not have the soles scratched. We simply cannot accept gently worn shoes. All other items returned items for any reason and we will on receipt issue a refund. Please use the above contact information when sending returns or call us with your questions.
